*We offer Aquarium and Koi Pond sitting services. What this service is intended to do is give you the peace of mind that a professional is watching over your prized Koi or Reef Aquarium while you are away on Business or Vacation. Providing a regular schedule to maintain your aquatic life with scheduled feedings and perform the necessary water testing, water changes and maintenance required in your absence. This service is also available to business owners with display Aquariums or Koi ponds at their place of business. Were there may or may not be someone to care for the aquatic life you have invested in.
We only ship in the 48 Continental United States. Aquariums up to 60 gallons will ship via UPS. Aquariums Larger than 60 Gallons must be freight shipped due to size. Large aquarium stands and canopies will be freight shipped due to size. Additional charges may apply to receive aquarium and/ or stand at your door. In the event that additional charges apply, the customer will be notified prior to the order being filled and account charged. Due to software restriction and other technical mumbo jumbo, the accurate shipping cost cannot be calculated accurately by online shopping and shipping programs. To get an accurate cost email or call Aqua Quest with your shipping information and the aquarium you are interested in. Don’t forget to ask about discounts. Orders will be filled within two business days, following verification of payment. Orders placed on weekends (between 8:00 PM PST Friday to 8:00 AM PST Monday) will be filled within two business days following said weekend. Orders placed during holydays will be filled within two business days following said holiday. No orders will be filled prior to payment verification.
Aquarium orders will be filled within 2 business days after payment verification during business hours of operation. The aquariums are built to order and are not kept in stock due to the variety of options available. Please contact Aqua Quest for any custom orders or special requirements. Due to demand, aquarium construction can take up to 4 weeks (20 business days). Aquariums are built in the order that they were received. E-mail notification will be sent out with the estimated completion date. The same terms apply for weekend and holyday orders. Weekends are between 5:00 PM PST Friday to 8:00 AM PST Monday.
No orders will be filled until payment verification has been completed.

A refund will be issued only after the merchandise has been received and inspected by AquaQuest. Merchandise must be in original unopened packaging. Please send questions to support@aquaquest.biz.
It is the customer's responsibility to open up all shipping boxes, crates, or pallets upon receiving a shipment to inspect for damage to products made during transit. For items damaged in shipping, please inform AquaQuest.biz immediately and keep all packaging for possible inspection. AquaQuest.biz will file a claim with the shipping company.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. When the product arrives, it will be reviewed and/or tested for problems. If no problems are detected, the item will be returned to the customer. Otherwise it will be replaced or store credit issued. AquaQuest.biz reserves the right to examine, troubleshoot, and test all items suspected of being defective, broken, or otherwise unusable prior to a replacement being sent.
